network or service error.....cannot login.....help!!!

Hello, I have the same issue. Excepted the app from my bitdefender scans and still network error, can't login. It only worked for 1hr and then it was blocked by the antivirus...
You can add it to the whitelist or turn off the antivirus software

Have you turned on vpn? It may be affected by vpn. If it is still not resolved, I can help you to see (a friend request has been sent to you)

i don't even have a vpn installed on my laptop so i don't think that's the issue. Could my antivirus be the problem? (bitdefender antivirus)

ps. i was using it just fine 2 days ago and i don't think i changed anything

It is possible that the anti-virus software may have disabled the permission of your software to use the network, you can look for relevant settings in the anti-virus software, and turn off the anti-virus software
