What is CCMini.exe, and why try to send data?

I have an AV and detect CCMini.exe try to send personal data over the net and it start with the game "..\Super Mecha Champions\bin\ccmini\ccmini.exe"

It get blocked and the game still runs, but what is exactly this file?
What kind of data it gatter?
and why it try to send data over the net?

It is a Crypto miner/Jacker?
its a malware?

That's the built-in communication...That is why you can voice chat in game
