game crashes and chucks me out after about 5 mins play

I've played almost 5 hours without a single crash. Been rock solid for me on my laptop. What's your specs that you are running under?

My game wouldn't start the second time, but after 5 tries lauched. 20 Minutes ingame, then BTD with an error warning.

Been trying to get it to start for the past few hours. It won't. Crashes after it hits the loading screen/3 dots. This happens with all my 900 Steam games too most days and has been happening for months now. I've tried all the 'fixes' and none have worked. The game worked fine for 4.4 hours yesterday, now Steam crashes every time I try to play today. The error I get in a long file that pops up with the crash info and I notice NVcontainer file named a lot in it.

the 3 dot screen takes a while to load but open beta ran better and less bugs also feels like cash grab I preordered and got no pacman dlc, bought annual pass no zombeyond dlc or pacman unsure why so many stupid bundles without a option to buy dlc seperate.

I bought the game here on Steam and my Pac-man dlc was already in the game sitting there waiting for me in the scenery and ride menus.

No crashes yet. Been plating almost non-stop since yesterday. The only crash was when I decided to switch from DX11 to DX12 in the game's options, then it would crash instantly when trying to load. I found the ini that stored the settings, deleted it, and all was back to normal. Won't go near that again. Got the visioneer ed. and Pac/Zombie were already preloaded into the game.

i crash after every single campaign cutscene guaranteed with a 3080 3700x and 32gb ram. never crashes when playing the actual game.

I've noticed some odd resource spikes during gameplay (experimenting with quality settings made no discernible difference and would still lockup almost arbitrarily). Also, I'm missing the preorder bonus as well. I wonder if it has anything to do with how the game release yesterday kept alternating between "purchase" and "preorder" on the store page.

Game ran fine for the first 4 hours, now I've crashed twice in the last 10 mins :/

my friend should have been entitled to it but never got it... he just "acquired" the preorder dlc through other means in the end. fairly easy to do (apparently.)
When there is only a handful of rides to begin with keeping 2 behind a preorder bonus was such a stupid decision.

More than 10% of the flat rides are kept back from people buying the standard version right now, that's just wrong.

That's very common to have specific items with different packages. I don't like it either, but they've been doing it with console games forever. Buy it at Gamestop you get this bonus, but it at Target you get that, and so on. The game has a ton of potential (I'm personally enjoying the good parts) but Bandai handled the whole thing oddly. Everyone was left confused between all the bundles. Oh and same goes for the beta - no one was told where to report bugs so we all came here to dump our thoughts.

Did you check the specifications to see that your pc has what it needs for the game to run?

If yes, then did you upgrade all your drivers to the newest ones?
New released games always are based on the newest drivers available and if you have older ones on your pc they might cause incompatibility problems.

If both shouldn't be the case you can go to the library, right click on the game, go to the options that have the local files and verify them so steam can check if one of the files in the installed game has a issue and fix it. :)
