You don't need to download separately. Once you press the subscribe button, the content is automatically downloaded. If you have a reasonably fast internet connection, this happens almost without delay.
It's called "subscribe" because not only is the content downloaded, but when the creator makes changes to the respective content, you also receive those changes automatically.
Edit: also are you going to add building upside-down coasters? I'd like to build a Skyloop but it isn't possible as for now. Or real coaster models like PlanetCoaster has?

Hello,
Once you've subscribed to and downloaded a specific prefab, it will automatically appear in the game. For example, if it's a roller coaster, you'll find it under "Roller Coasters" and then under "Prefabs." This is the second tab under "Roller Coasters" – generally, it's always the tab on the far right. If it's a scenery object prefab, you'll find it under the last tab for "Scenery Objects and so on."
You can also view all your subscribed prefabs at once. Just go to the in-game menu and click on "Manage Prefabs." Here, you'll see an overview of all your subscribed prefabs.
For subscribed parks, you simply need to enter the sandbox mode. In the map selection, you'll find two new tabs that you can cycle through by clicking the arrow keys at the top left. One will display maps from the DLC (if you have it), and the other will display maps from other players that you've downloaded ("Community maps").
I hope that helps, and you find it. Enjoy!
