I hope not: Ryan is Ann's brother and a guy, that's not Yuri at all.

If you meant between Ann (the protagonist) and Ayane (the deuteragonist and Ann's friend), then no, there isn't any romance between them. Ann "isn't the romantic type" and she tends to reject most of Ayane's incredibly forward, gay advances.

To seriously answer your question, the two have an ambiguous intimate relationship that can be "Yuri-bait.", if you want to take it that way. To me, however, it just feels like an intense friendship between two people that don't have compatible orientations but are still willing to and are being close and affectionate with one another, nonetheless.

Right? I realize the game still makes it fairly ambiguous but all of Ayane's "my knight in shining armor" talk and saying she always wants to be with Ann in all their future adventures is just intensely affectionate and possibly romantic.

I found their relationship to be very similar to that between Shirai Kuroko and Misaka Mikoto from Toaru Kagaku no Railgun novel/anime series. The former constantly acts obsessively lovey-dovey towards the latter, who rejects such advances every single time. But despite that, they really are good friends who cherish each other and share an earnest moment every now & then.

Also, Ann straight up tells how she feels about Ayane towards the end of the game:
