Removing that insane leg damage bonus definitely will make Jegan CH moderated
Stealths have always been high single target dps with high offense and mobility but low defense. Always be with your team and always be watching their backs as well.
It's genuinely a much lower threat then I think most make it out to be. Yes itll break someones legs but at the cost its at theres plenty of MA break and stagger chains to rip CH apart if it isnt careful. If a CH is performing well its because a team is not sticking together properly.
As for teams fielding a CH due to it being a stealth the enemies frontlines generally have one less stagger trading unit on its front. A team against a team with a CH that starts to be more aggressive after they identify a stealth is present wins more oft than naught.
Pixy also has a leg bonus to melee. It two taps legs with melee if it doesn't outright kill you.
