OP, tons of people are having this issue. The lobby is especially horrible. Even people on 30-40 series cards such as myself have questionable performance. And from my own experience, it's related to poor hardware utilization. For me, the game refuses to use more than like 50% CPU/GPU maximum. I generally have over 100 FPS within matches, but my cap (using V-Sync) is 144, so something is very clearly wrong with the game never using more than half of my hardwares capabilities. It should be attempting to get to 144, but it isn't. As for the lobby, it's anywhere from 10-60 FPS depending on how many people are around. And yeah, that's pretty annoying.

Since the use of the onboard GPU is prioritized, turning off the onboard GPU may improve speed.
This setting has no effect on CPUs without graphics support (e.g. i7 13700k)

ummm just so others know, 13700k does have integrated graphics, it's the F chips that don't for example 13700KF or 13700F

Sorry, I remembered k and kf wrong.
CPU is i5 13600kf, VGA is RTX 2060 SUPER, and the game is getting about 70 FPS at 1080p setting.
Lobby is extremely slow when loading characters.

My monitor is 60fps so I usually play games at 60fps.

Occasionally the lobby will have a display limit, in which case the FPS will not drop.

This game was originally designed for PS4 so this slowness is unusual.
