Network is worse after maintenance?

Is it just me or is connection worst after the maintenance today. I was having 0 issues with disconnects before maintenance. Now i cant even sit at base let alone do a game without just being kicked back to the start screen.

The one game that worked seemed about normal. I couldn't get another match after that one though. Matchmaking just fails.

For me it actually seems a lot better. Worse lag in matches but I dont get kicked out of matchmaking repeatedly.

I think because they gatekeep network quality that they just loosened it in the matchmaker temporarily in order to stop people connecting to bad rooms like they were before

Yup this is just stupid cause i just let myself sit in base and ive been sent to the home screen 5 more times and im sitting on average 1 bar for max connection.

are you guys using a wired connection? it's very important to not use wifi in what is essentially a fighting game that boots you when you desync by losing packets

Wired connection fiber internet and i'm still getting network errors. This only started to happen when the patch dropped today. i would trey to play and play but i know when to quit before i get a ban. I would rather have matchmaking issues back instead worrying if i will get kicked when i run a solid 4 bar connection.

My connection has actually improved over the last few days. I've been trying out a lobby rule for myself, if the match doesn't look like it'll start in 30 seconds I leave and requeue. I'm getting a lot of rated matches done using this rule with zero issues (none involving matchmaking, some involving leeroy jenkins and friendly fire psychos).

There is zero issue getting into games but suddenly everyone stops moving and i just vanish even though my network is perfectly fine (watching it as i play on a second monitor) and when i get kicked it shows me my connection which is still 4 bar so i don't know. Never had any issues with getting kicked out till today but then again they be running the servers through amazon i belive.

it's better for me now, I still get failed matchmaking but at least I didnt get disconnected before match

I dunno, it's been remarkably stable for me today, only got "Good work out there"'d once.
