The End is Nigh GBO2: Officially a DEAD GAME.

So just going to shed some light on the community but GBO2 is OFFICIALLY dead. the community team for GBO2 and dev team of steam version of GBO2 never really listens to community feedback nor listens in their official forums in the bandai official forum website.

when we suggest balancing they refer to us to spend more. they are incompetent in their resolve and as a Japanese company that outsources their income from westerners exploiting the hobby of gunpla modules and anime series fans. try to explain that its a port but never really make major changes or updates that help solve community issues.

keeps releasing content and events to skew vision of the true issues we face within the community. several to name off. Smurfs , Cheaters, Lack of originality , and lack of balancing or lack of accurate content. rather make players play a game that doesn't function fully in a report system (can't report enemy team when suspecting a cheater, a smurf, or other exploiting player/players.) their learning tutorial only explains bare bones mechanics but never really teaches you your mobile suit skills and how they differ or perform better when custom parts apply. their balancing of custom parts stats are lack luster to none unless you get lv4 to lv5 but that's a very very steep climb in prices for DP (roughly like spending 100k - 200k just for parts alone) when the min requirements of getting more is ranked play but hardly no one touches that now due to lack of a player base.

matchmaking for ranked play is limited which you can never party with friends because someone or many which are kids that can't deal with socializing to build a team whined and complained so we lost that usefulness when trying to find ranked games faster within your current rank. (thanks kids def cherished your btching in this one). too many to list off for issues with this game i would high advise not playing this no more and don't show support towards this behavior from the dev team and the IP holders until they sort out how their direction as a gaming company to reflect their community better. as a Developer i am ashamed at this display of structure and commitment that this steam team for gbo2 has showed.

Its kinda good rated got there group matching removed

PC players just wasn't prepared what Gbo2 was
developers didn't do enough network tests or optimize
Cuting down penaltys for a new audience wasn't considered

This game will likey stay up till Gbo2 console ends it lifecyle as a training

Clan matches last night were the busiest theyve been in a long time. 99 clans competed. Game peaks between 2-2.5k players average for busy nights outside of events and big releases which keep peaking at 4k+ population.

I have a PS5, I'm just not making the switch because I don't want to lose my collection of suits I have on PC. And I don't have any problems getting games. Just avoid space (unfortunately) and I figure 650-700 matches, if only because it's cancer.
