Sounds like your game is probably not using your gpu or something like that. I get a pretty steady 60 fps personally

It is. I can see my clocks running at its overclocked value just this ****** game isnt coded right to take advantage of it. It sits at 60% gpu which in reality for all my other games, gpu usage should be 99%.

Especially since I disabled Fps max limit in Nvidia control panel specifically for this game.
what is your cpu and gpu?

if your gpu isn't reaching 99%, it means your cpu is likely bottlenecking it in this game.

yea it's unoptimized but bandai don't give a dingle about our whims lol

its an i5 8300h quadcore eight threads. I expect my cpu to underperform in cyberpunk because I have modded crowd density but in this game is just unacceptable.

Plus I had just exited from a rated match where no one was able to damage each other. This game is just one big headache 😒

Go to control panel or Setting; go to Display then choose Graphics; in the section called Add an app; browse the local file/launcher of GBO2 on your drive; after you done adding it; set it to High Performance. This will force GBO2 to use your main Graphic NVIDIA card instead of the graphic chip on your CPU. See if this helps; beyond that I have no other idea.

I have this by default. All apps will use my Nv gpu. I have Geforce performance overlay open

Make sure the game is using your graphic card and not integrated graphics.

EAC is also the problem. People have reportedly managed to turn it off and their FPS jumped from 40 straight to over 100. Faster menus and loading too.

I also must point out that FPS in the camp is much lower than FPS in the battle, so if you checking it in the camp, it can be a bad idea because if game loading bunch of players at the same time you will have like 15 FPS at best.
Schwift Master Jun 25, 2023 @ 7:07am
Like Cao stated... my fps in the camp drops to 25-30 as people spawn in.

During matches, it's steady 60.

1080ti, i7 7700k, 1440p... I'm also streaming.

Not sure what your GPU is... if it's the laptop version of a 1060 or something... ouch.

Also make sure DSR isn't turned on in the graphics settings. That will absolutely tank your FPS.

Cell architecture foundation = ♥♥♥♥ game on everything else. That's why there's no MGS4 coming in the remaster collection.

While I havent had really bad enough frames in games, the hub world stutters sometimes hard. Do you know how they disabled EAC?
