Account migration from PS4 to STEAM

I want to get my Mechs and Rewards from my Bandai Namco accounts linked on PS4, and my custom outfits and mechs from buying GundamCode Fairy - I see people wearing the CodeFairy outfits in public lobby so I know it's possible.
HOW DO YOU LINK ACCOUNT DATA?? Please let me know any possible solutions.

I already bought things in PS4 BO2, and the entire Code Fairy Game. This feels like complete BS unless I'm getting the entire CodeFairy game on Steam.

there is no crossplay no cross save and the pc version is a couple months behind the playstation one. no they aren't giving you all your playstation stuff. code fairy also hasn't been ported to pc in any form (you can just buy the rewards).

They haven't even caught up to the current updates and banners that have been released on PS4 we will most likely always be behind, it's the same way with Black Desert when it released on console.
