We should definitely listen to this dude. He thought the Nu HWS needed buffs months ago, before the Xi or Penelope were things we knew were coming.

He also thinks:

- The Zeta 3A is better than the Messer

You can't even play the Psycho Bawoo in 700 rated. It doesn't have a LV2 yet.

Don't worry though, the hits keep on coming, because you have the Varguil below all the native 700 raids when it's better than almost all of them. It was WELL ESTABLISHED that the Varguil was one of the better picks at 700 in the Nu HWS meta.

The Suppressor is also better than several of the native 700 supports, certainly the miserable Sazabi FF.

You should probably leave the tier lists to people who actually know the game, imo. It helps if you actually play the game.

Truly, the most op support in GBO there's no way it's not an S tier with overwhelming firepower with 2 Ranged weapons capable of sniping in Extremely long range making it THE best supports no doubt

This is overstating it, but it is very good, and one of the few higher level supports I'd strongly recommend playing in the current 700 meta. I think the Zeta C1 is better for the easy access to frequent heavy staggers, but the GP04 does have really good DPS.
