No. Not really.
There's also just absolutely no comparison to be made between the Psycommu GD and any version of the PGTB. The Psycommu GD is absolutely top tier, but a lot of GBO "experts" grossly overstate just how oppressive it is. It isn't even the actual best raid at 550 (the Engage Booster is easily the dumber of the two, and somehow nobody ever talks about it).
The Psycommu GD is kept in line by generals that just shoot at it. It's really good at fending off things that try to run it down in melee range, and when some of the best 550 generals are things like the PGTB, GD Kai, and Hazel Owsla, that's a good quality to have. Of course, you could just pick things like the Jegan HE, Bull-G, GP01 Aqua, even just the Roswell Jegan or MP Hyaku Shiki Kai, and then proceed to... I don't know, shoot at it from midrange. For as strong as the Psycommu GD is, it lacks the burst damage options that typical raids have (even the Bawoo that fills a vaguely-similar niche). When you're trying to run it down, it kills you in inches. When you force it to trade with you (and you have type advantage on your side), you win.
Again: It's an incredibly solid pick and it's easily the second-best raid at cost, but anyone comparing it to the PGTB has no idea what they're talking about. Teams running three, four, even five PGTBs could bowl over everything. The teams I see running three Psycommu GDs get absolutely murdered, because that's typically how it's going to go when your team has more raids than generals.
