Complaint about Moderation on this Board

Hello,

I have been active in this game and on this forum for a while, and noticed a certain user getting banned multiple times for the same arguing, trolling, and harassing posts. While usually staff are quick to respond to reports, yesterday and the day before I probably reported this guy making the same rude and insulting copy-paste response to myself and others over 50 times before getting a response, and even then he wasn't banned, only a few of his posts were deleted, and I had to report dozens more posts before finally giving up and going to bed, only to finally wake up the next day and see the offending player had been banned. So my first complaint is that it took way to long for action to be taken against this toxic player.

My second complaint is, while you left up a 12 page thread started just to complain where this guy had done much more trolling, you took down my wholesome 4 page thread for people to post screenshots of their win screens just because that guy had trolled in it. Why does a toxic thread get pruned, but my wholesome one gets outright deleted? Is it because staff did not want to take the time to individually delete posts? I feel like having my fun, wholesome, community oriented posts deleted just because someone else trolled and staff doesn't want to make an extra effort to punish only the offender, is not very fair.

Lastly, I'd like to get a response from moderation regarding this user named "Nobody watches your TTV" and how long he will be banned. I think it's clear most of the community here despises this guy, all he does is troll and argue and copy paste the same spam responses to annoy people. He makes claims of being an S ranked elite player and being more skilled than the rest of us but refuses to post any screenshots to corroborate them. To put it bluntly, this toxic troll player deserves to stay permanently banned. And I think many here would agree.

Any one from development or bandai won't be assgined to the forums
Its why everything is so strict censored ingame

I'm kinda surpsed how bans work on steam and how they reset there not permanent

Then the "actor" accounts pop up with no ingame logged hour(no mouse icon by there name users)

I don't mind the game is paygate $1-$10 dollar per account.

That good, because also legitimate avoid the "Official" to "pretend play" on their own game, if the game wholly from Steam Login, they dont run the game like "Black Desert Steam" or "Blackdesert.com" (You have 2 way) , which u have the loophole other side.

Because Steam u create 1 account = lost 30 cent per $1 dollar profit. If the game sell $1 dollar. that force other even official to create fake account. If you run on game website, they only force to pay less than 5% because payment provider only take 5 percent... and steam take 30% like Apple Store.

I dont really trust official, we should not trust anything, when we have blockchain, steam platform, why would we want them able to access everything and make rng and account... Not all game developer is bad, but if everyone is run through transparent platform,... then 100% all is legit..... There should be post graduate study about implement blockchain that have transparent record of gacha in making game...

Ya we know, the world dont run like this. So as far as I know, the world is simulation of human brain. Because they provide content and game to us, people say they have freedom of playing whatever they want, u can dont play this game. While other post like, Why only perfect gundam can hold the shield in front when moving forward

I wouldn't mind if they locked the forums so that only people who have actually bought dlc or tokens can post, but that probably isn't necessary. We are talking about a single problematic user who has been banned multiple times, should be easy enough to issue a permanent ban assuming he hasn't already been.

It not about locked the content, there is legit consideration because i saw even there is 5% chance u would met hacker that play with "non hacker" friend, just to carry friend from throwable hacker account

To be consider we still can ban 300 hundred player 3 month ago, i consider this an achievement, because bandai really can suck 10% player money, and another 10% die hard dont quit and continue hack the game

The customer acquisition rate is damm high conversion, not the volume though KEKW...but i bet those in marketing would praise about high retention rate of customer.....I am retaining customer because i focus on negative energy, so the game keep making me busy grinding, the more i play, and hate it

Is there any indication that this forum isn't run by regular steam moderation staff like the others are? I've seen some very questionable decision-making by moderation in the past few months.

Well compared to the early days of this forum, it’s definitely a lot better now, most of the trolls either stop playing or simply don’t care anymore and I hope it stays this way. Still remember trolls like A**n S****y, St****no, and some other trolls constantly haunting this forum

Oh man. I miss Aran Smithy sometimes. Dude is truly the whiniest pissbaby to ever grace this game's playerbase.

I used to see him whining about the game on every single twitter post they made as well, haven't encountered that in awhile. I wonder if he just finally got tired of it, or if after near of a year, he finally realized it wasn't going to accomplish anything.

I 100% agree with you guys. Would be cool if we had some sort of an actual dedicated moderator for GBO2 Steam discussion forum. Things in the discussion forum gets way out of hands with trolls or unnecessary $%*& posting when reading the threads with tons of spam posting that isn't necessary in extending the pages.

You can't name and shame users on steam. The mods will moderate the crud out of you even if the person asked you to do it.
