no zaku 1 sniper Lv4
searched all over the shops and found no level 4 beam sniper rile for the zaku 1 sniper unit only goes to level 3 what gives?

It is drop only right now, just like the level 4 zaku sniper is not in the DP shop. It can sometimes be found in the recycle shop for 80 tickets though.

It's a pretty decent chance to drop since it is a 1* drop though unlike level 1-3 stuff which is 2*.
