Is my laptop really worse than a PS4?

I have an i7-11800H processor, an RTX 3060 and 16 gigs of ram in this thing. And yet I can't even get over 15 fps on the lowest settings. I have checked all my graphics drivers, all the game's settings, I can't figure it out. I got better performance during the beta on my POS desktop PC. Is this poor laptop optimization and I'm just screwed?

check specs against min and max on the store page. I personally hate "gaming" laptops because the people who typically buy them assume it'll "just work" and think the large pricetag means it's good

Also if you have a graphics card built in, in your GPU's control panel, force GBO2 to use it.

Thank you so much, I didn't realize I had to force it to use the GPU, the game runs buttery smooth now, cheers!

Its a weird quirk with the program where it doesn't auto detect the GPU. evne on desktops
