Stun lock
Is there any way to get out of it?

Do I just accept that I am stun locked till I die?

Don't get stunlocked. Stay with your team so that your teammates can help you out

its why its called stun LOCK

don't be out in the open
Use your I frames if you're getting knocked down. Transforming, attacking, or tackling will end them. I was knocking a guy out of plane mode for like a whole match yesterday who didn't seem to realize he had knockdown I frames.

If you're being staggered, most suits can't solo stagger lock you indefinitely. go into cover.

If you're being attacked by a group, you might very well be stagger-locked until you die unless you get knocked down. Avoid getting caught out in the open by multiple enemies and stick with the team to minimize this.

Gonna go out on a limb and guess you didn't do the tutorials (they give lots of free stuff).

you cant get out of it. hands off the keyboard and just respawn
Ill say one thing, when you recover from being knocked down at least dont shoot or melee. Your invulnerability phase will stay on for a long time as long as you dont take an aggressive action. You can use this to try and haul ass to a better spot or team mate.

The staggering mechanic is a core part of the game. If you take a gundam with the emergency maneuver skill you get an invulnerable dodge roll which you can use to avoid getting stunned, or to escape after recovering from a stun.

As another guy said, the invulnerable period after a full knockdown is actually VERY long, you can retreat a great distance away as long as you don't attack.

No. You can try to dodge roll or tackle (thats only going to work if you're host or the attacking person is new to the game), otherwise most people know to just bait those actions out.
