mouse went into the second screen during gameplay

When I moved my mouse quickly while in game, it very briefly blinked into my second screen, and it ♥♥♥♥♥♥ me over a couple of times already cuz I ended up tabbed out in the worst moment, it happened both in fullscreen and borderless window.

ive had this happen once was a real ♥♥♥♥♥ during a fight too

It mostly becomes a problem whenever I play slippery raids like Xeku Eins and Doms, I would be trying to "flick" my mouse to properly orientate myself if I happen to overshoot and end up tabbing out.

this has been a recurring problems in windows since win8 and 8.1
bounding boxes just seem to fail in multi screen builds with these newer oss.
It isnt a consistent thing either. Most games can create a fully functioning bounding box but as soon as a function or 2 when alt tabbing occurs the box breaks.
