Do you think We'll see Gundam Online ever now?

Now that this one was somewhat a success minus bugs / issues. Do you guys think we'll see now the superior game for Pc with MGO ? I do actually believe that game would be BIG on the west with its 50v50 if they dont ♥♥♥♥ it with p2w

god no. the HK version was telling enough, that if it leaves Japan it'll be burdened with more P2W crap than the JP version. It was fun while it lasted, but at the end of it's life it lost a lot of it;'s original identity and was no longer a OYW grunt slugfest, but a Gundam VS clone with AU suits

Such games have already existed. You have SDGO, UCGO and MSGO. Sadly all have been shut down by Bandai.

MSGO and UCGO were okayish games. Though UCGO was an unfinished product. Though UCGO was the best out of all the Online games, just needed more support/funding/resources. But it's a Japanese Publisher, they hate spending money to make money.

MSGO eas on life support bor, dunno what to tell you when there is sub 400 players in game and its `13 years old. It died a painful death with the AU suit injection and the change in mechanics to make it play more like Gundam VS. Ontop of the maps feeling less like a location from the shows and more like "video game map based off a location from the show."

If there's anything that we can learn from all this, don't spend too much (or anything) since these games are bound to get the axe at some point.

by that logic, don't spend any time on any video game because eventually YOU get the axe.

The games are enjoyable while they last. Some hit a low point, but we enjoy the highs and look back on them fondly during the lows

NO WAY. I played ORIGINAL UCGO when I was in like... highschool.. I'm 35 now.. that game was TRASH. I had to leave my computer on overnight running through the ocean with something left on my keyboard to get like 0.000001 MS skill when I woke up.

I played with a few English players on the Zeon side, but no way anyone would ever want to play that these days.... it was the best we had back then though lmao

I prefer the route of modding out MW5 and pretending it was a good game vanilla. I really just want solid Gundam games though, and I think GB02 is great.. despite old and archaic design since it technically IS old. Just wish we got something modern and solid, but they're gonna use this release as "they don't want Gundam games".
