Restricted Mode?

Any idea what Restricted Mode is in the camp?
It says "Base Camp Access Restricted" *You can still sortie and use facilities like normal

Mean they are having issues as usual with connections.

basically it's server connection or your connection is kaput

as long as you can still match properly, it doesn't matter. just that the town/lobby area is empty

I actually kind of like restricted mode, a lot less pop in weirdness and hordes of people all looking the same.
