slow supports are woefully reliant on team supporting you or pray your enemies ignore you for w/e reason
I had two friends that used to play, but they both bailed on it already
it's much more mobile and retains high firepower and isn't as weak to common meta raids like nero trainer but i don't think it's a good competitive pick for 500 which is it's native rating.
use quick turn to enhance your situational awareness when not having to bring guns to bear
use the heavy cannon when your team has the momentum to damage and clean up the enemy faster
You're either gonna charge beam your primary to stagger or interrupt attackers to combo with your gens/raids and press damage from mid to long range (when you get to mid ranks, if you still use the suit, your gens will know to travel with you instead of away from you), and use the massive charge beam to catch people around corners or to out snipe other snipers when they're prone. You also have your iron knuckle melee with a massive 2500 base damage and a sweet downswing that your can combo with your "Reverse" active touch pad skill to catch raids that have caught you off guard. Reverse cancels or nullifies stagger/stun. You can swap to the melee or charge the massive gun, tap reverse as soon as they come in for that sweet melee smack and literally reverse it on em.
Little screen cap of the build i use unenhanced

It's melee is an instant heavy stagger/ or knockdown, but best to use the side swings on people trying to circle you. It's down swing is only good if you can line a target up right, but it's obvious what you're doing, so easy to counter.
It also has a few skills that prevent it from being staggered by regular attacks, so you can tank the first regular swing and thruster/counter into the upcoming down swing.
You can easily maintain the frontline and melt opponents, or move to mid/back to fire off some nice long beam weapons. But if you are capable, you can control the field well in that big boy.

It's from the console, but it shows how quick you can use the suit.
Basically, you're a sniper. You pick good spots, or stay with and behind your allies until you find the right spot. Crouch and charge a lot so when someone comes into your view you can blast the living ♥♥♥♥ out of them.
Zock is by far my favorite suit. I think Juaggu is a good training suit for Zock. A little more versatile but same basic play style.
also shameless plug of me playing ;p

sidenote: the zock video isn't to instruct anyone how to play support, was part of a series of sample videos for some to instruct me on how to git gud lol
