I saw others using it, just not sure what's the easiest way to get it?
I look for it in DP shop but it's not even showing

Its not in the Gacha on console either. Its only available from Code Fairy (PS4/5) or the Code Fairy Pack at this time,

Never going to be in gacha. It was a campaign reward for code fairy, released on steam as a token +MS pack.
