is worth it or should i save until annivesary banner or banners with steps so more sub prize

I think it's worth it if you don't have that many 3 star mobile suits. After a while the MS you get will probably repeat and you will only get recycle tickets.

Wait. This banner is bait to waste tokens before a special event coming later.

3* is good but there's plenty of bad 3* MS and you could even get dupes.
