13 years and sadly a lot of changes to how the game fundamentally played. At the start it was like GBO-lite. By the end it was basically GvG-Lite, though once you started adding Gryps conflict era MS and AUs then yeah it gets ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Anyways.. both games are dif genres.. One's like a fighting game the other is somewhat like an Armored Core

Yeah MSGO was great but the english version closed and the Japanese version is very much pay to win these days.

idk the logic behind closing msgo that is basicaly this game but for pc why not just
port that to steam instead of this one and even had the alternate ones there not just uc bandai is strange

13 years old and kinda bled players heavy.

A chain of decisions and events lead to bleed off from the playerbase. The BIGGEST was early on when 0080 suits first started cropping up as The Alex was downright invincible if you didn't run a kampfer or have one backing you. Back then there was no stagger mechanic and was based on a baked in # on certain weapons, mainly zooks, CBRs, and Shotguns. The Alex could basically resist knockdown outside of a very exclusive number of weapons and it's zook was 10K base, the ONLY suit with a 10K base damage back then was the Hi-Mobility Ground type zaku. Even then the thing was fierce and could melt any MS it fought.

This CHUNKED zeon players and back then you could see how many people were playing what faction. So the bleed of Zeon also was part of "he's going, I might as well".

Near the end it was adding AU suits and played more like GvG VS games than GBO lite it started life as. The AU suits too were grossly overpowered as were the late UC suits like Hi-Nu. Which was immune to stagger and KD when it first released

And Nightingale was basically immortal. Both it and Hi-Nu got whacked with the nerf bat tho.

You can find gameplay online. It's an amazing game gundam game that had some crashing issues; but when it worked it was an absolute blast, and no game really fills that gap right now.

Servers were shut down a couple months before gunevo.
