Unplayable practically and I don't know what to do

Every time I try to play this game with my friends it becomes a <expletive> show for me. It's weird because out of all of us, I'm the only one having the issue and I know my network speeds are more than adequate.... but for some reason even on launching the game it gets stuck on the dark blue loading screen for excessive amounts of time. When we all count down and click brawl to try and get in the same lobbies, I'm the only one that's been finding the game will disconnect/reconnect/get stuck during hero select or even during the shopping phase. The most common thing being my screen is reacting with alot of delay when I make selecting during the purchase phase and then when it goes to the VS page I will remain stuck there and it will never show me the battle, I've had it even occur so much so it will freeze for TWO WHOLE rounds and not let me do a whole rounds purchasing phase or battle and then only catches up to let me do something the next round when there's only 10 seconds left.

This is making it impossible. I've only had one time where I got to play like it was half normal but every successive time I've launched the game something happens and it freezes or makes it so I never really get to play. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, verifies, even swapped installation location so many time but nothing changes. I've rebooted several times as well. I tried to follow the thing through steam about having crashes/issues. I keep submitting tickets in game, but this is ridiculous/I need something more immediate to relieve this issue.

I think the game is actually pretty cool and fun when it will actually /LET/ me play, but at the moment I'm actually kinda angry I spent $5 to get a couple more heroes because I can't even play stable-y enough to enjoy any of them.

I just need someone to know or hopefully... maybe... someone can give me their advice if they're experiencing similar issues.

Literally just tried two more times, I can't get past hero selection without it just freezing and I never get to the first round to purchase. then I have to end the game and I'll come back it tells me how I lost/how crap I did. I'm so frustrated.

Maybe you could check on your graphics cards drivers.

They are up to date, it is a good suggestion. But, I check regularly :c Last update 8/31. Thank you though.
