Do 3rd party Joy-Cons connect properly?
I have official Joycons to use with my phone headset, but I've been wondering, I've seen Joycons with better grips and shapes to hold overall, do they still work with Driver4VR?
I've heard that 3rd party wiimotes don't, but does anyone have any experience with those in Driver4VR?
If they don't connect or work properly, any chance we might get some support for them one day?

they don't, it's also the main root cause of many driver4vr issues.

They do. Just make sure you remove the device and then re-pair through the driver4vr's menu. I am pretty sure that is the above guy's issue, been there, could be wrong though.

It seems to work only if the specific device's Vendor ID (VID) and Product ID (PID) are correctly labelled inside the hardware. My 3rd party joycons work perfectly fine on my Nintendo switch, but on PC they are recognised as a pair of switch pro controllers (Because both their PIDs are 2009 instead of 2006 and 2007 like joycons are supposed to have)

So its a bit of a hit and miss with 3rd party ones.
