Question: Joy-Cons as Feet Trackers, Oculus Controllers as Hand Trackers. Webcam for Tracking?

Hello!
Is it possible now to use the Joy Con Controllers as feet trackers? (And can I use my Oculus controlelr normally as hand trackers?)
And is it possible to use a normal microsoft webcam for tracking? I couldn't figure it out yet.

I have also a PSVR Camera and PSVR Controllers, if they could be used somehow?

I am looking for a way tracking my hip and my feet! Please help.
