Gamebar mode everytime i launch my game

When i start my pc it puts it in simple overlay mode since thats what i have choosen.. When i launch cs it swapps automaticly to game bar mode even tho my cs in in windowd making me have to go into crosshairx and change it every single time i launch my game. Please make me able to override it to always continue on simple overlaymode if thats what i want
