How is this different from Crosshair V2?

hey, I'm looking to get a crosshair software for my games, and I noticed there's another program in Steam that is free, the name mentioned in the title, but where as this is for money. How is this different from the free software that warrants the price it cost?

In short: lots more features, fullscreen usage, a crosshair designer and keybinds.

Hey, has there been a price hike? I been meaning to get this soon, I come back to see the price was increase by 1/2, why is that?
