[BUG] Crosshair X displays crosshair on unselected monitor and won't display on selected monitor.

I've noticed this bug ever since I first installed Crosshair X around a month or two ago.

I have two monitors. My laptop monitor and a TV monitor that I extend my laptop to.

In Crosshair X settings, if I click on the TV monitor, the crosshair is displayed on my laptop. In Crosshair X settings, if I click on the laptop monitor, the crosshair is displayed on the TV monitor.

That is really weird. Do you use the app across multiple machines or is it just on your one laptop? Asking because I'm curious if Steam cloud is affecting it by any chance. Going to look into this more.
