updates on the new space combat update and vehicles?

"Sometime in 2024" was their planned ETA, though that estimate was given at the beginning of last year.

And since we're past 2024, I imagine that until further notice, it's "early 2025" now. But we'll have to wait and see for any updates on that front.

Did they specifically say 2024 or before newyear, since in their case the latter could be chinese newyear, which I think is around end of this month?..

At the bottom of this Q&A, they mentioned planning for the space update to release in 2024. Though perhaps they're planning to release it at/around the Chinese New Year; I hope so, hehe.

i was wondering the same questions and it very well may be the end of this month.

End of Feb now and I am still wondering when this update is likely to arrive.

I am in the mood to try another playthrough but want to wait for vehicles and stations update as I dont really want to build lots only to restart.

Will probably a while. "-| Since the last news was them doing a game jam for a bit, during which only fixes etc., no features, and the feature teased for after that is the beacons to easier find/identify parts of your factories.

ok thanks, beacons sound helpful if you are lost, I usually use storage stacks as landmarks.

Not enough to entice me to start a playthrough prematurely though, will play again when vehicles arrive, whenever that is.
