Organic Crystal Vein?

Do those exist? Im still only in my home system that only has 3 planets and i couldn't find crystal veins on either of them. I guess they are in another star system?

If you already reached the point where you seek them, the game shouldn't have any secret for you so I'm sure you can find it by clicking on other suns in your galaxy to see what you can expect to find in a solar system

The answer is YES! Get them asap, making organic crystals with plastic and crude oil is not preferred.
You can look at your advanced recipes to see what you can create by finding rare resources. Get your warps and have fun!

Other than Oil and potentially Fire Ice, the starting system will not have any rare resources like Organic Crystal Veins or the others. Those need to be found in other star systems.

Starter system can have fire ice either on the giant or as veins on one of the planets. I think that's the only rare that can generate in the starter system, though. And it's extremely rare for it to generate as veins in the starter system. I lucked out with my latest seed and have a gas giant and fire ice veins.

Wierd I must have gotten lucky. Out of five random seeds I tried they all ended up having the ice giant in the starter system.

Oil is a rare resource by classification, and sometimes the Giant you orbit is an Ice Giant with Fire Ice instead of Hydrogen.

I don't think I've ever seen a gas giant that doesn't have hydrogen.

All that I have seen have Hydrogen, then either fire ice, or Deuterium.

Gas giants = always Hydrogen + Deuterium
Ice giants = always Fire ice + Hydrogen

I've seen Gas Giants that actually had Fire Ice + Hydrogen. Yes, it was actually a Gas Giant with Fire Ice.
