Application DSPGAME.exe has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware.
Well, this is quite annoying and if anyone knows the problems let me know. And we should try to tell the developers of this, because more people are passing by this but no solution.

I have a NVidia 1050, I can play others games for example Anno 1800, but randomly this game does this.

I shouldn't give weird links in forums so i'll just show you should put those words in google search directly, the answers seemed decent (it should have nothing to with developers of this game or the game engine, and i have never seen others report this before):

Yea theirs something going on your end FRS. Sometimes you just have to update your graphic drivers. Like Zaflis said, theirs multiple things to try to figure out whats going on.

This sounds more like game is trying to use the wrong gpu. It might be trying to use your onboard gpu instead of the card.

Another thought is the DEP (data execution prevention) routines in Win10.

Have you tried running any game performance benchmarking software yet? Popular one is 3DMark. It's at least a good sign if it runs fine as they attempt to take most out of your hardware.

Might you have some too active virus scanner or firewall that blocks applications it doesn't recognize?

Edit: Yes you can choose which card to use from the graphics driver settings.

Well but do I have any control over that? Because on mine nvidia controll panel i have the settings pointed to GPU and not CPU. what could I do?

I never tried to stop antivirus before playing but I will try that. Also, never run a benchmark. My PC specs are old, but I'm able to run Anno 1800 without any problem :/

It would be worth comparing your setup with the minimum requirements of this game. It's a small chance but gotta check everything. Like what version of Direct X is your video card able to use and does this game run that version of direct X, ect.
I read somewhere that the 1050 labtop version does not run direct x 12.

Maybie make sure your PCI-E slots are not set to power saving mode. I think windows 10 defaults to this and if you play games they should never be in power saving mode.
