Replicator Speed 200%?
I noticed that at some point Icarus' replicator speed, as listed in the tech upgrades mech info-panel, went from the normal 100% to a permanent 200%. (This is separate from the boost from currently burning energy shards)

Does anybody know which research, upgrade, or action triggered this?

The high speed assembling / quantum printing technologies (that give you better assemblers) also increase replicator speed.
