Turrets and Tourette's pronunciation.

OK this is serious.

I used to work in mental health care so I am not joking when I say the AI pronunciation of turrets is wrong no matter what dialect of English you speak.

Currently it is saying sounds like Tourette's, because the stress is being placed on the second syllable vowel (e), and it should be the first syllable (u) for turret.

Whether you are from USA, UK, Canada or Australia this is not the right way to say turret.

Tourette's is a neuro-behavioural condition which creates a tic whereby the patient makes involuntary movements and verbal outbursts, often forbidden swear words!

Text to speech AI has been around for much longer than this game, subnautica's data voice comes to mind. And thats recent since I remember messing about at school making a bbc micro quote joshua.

Noones suggesting that it's some chatgpt nonsense generating the dialogue.

I think it's hilarious. The tourettes are firing an unexpected swear word attack at the dark fog. They'll never know what hit em.

the AI voice is 100% saying 'Tour-Etts' and not 'Turr-Etts'.
I shouldnt be able to hear the sentence "The Tourette's have a super power!!" outta any mouth, ai or human.
