How to unlock Dark fog technology?

i have lvl 15 relay base on my planet, looted some stuff like Matter recombinator, but it didnt unlock any tech in tech tree. i have dark fog martixes in inventory but do not see any option how to open it?

it unlocks later, needs higher fog

Dark fog bases must reach 15, 18, 21, 24 levels for each tech to be researchable in the tree

I have lvl 15 base but nothing opened in tech tree. Or do you mean Hive level?

24 before the tech unlocks. and will require you to have at least green tech to research if i remeber right

You just have to have the item in your inventory and and it will unlock the item in the tech tree. You have to manually research using the fog matrix in your inventory. At 15 I think you get the replicator if I remember correctly.

Before you have to research those 'normal' tech predecessors, 1st science lab, 2nd assembler mk3, 3rd smelter mk2, 4th antimatter rods.
