Dark Fog Matrix

So.. what to do with these?

While I've yet to get to this point, my current understanding is that generally, you slot them into at least one Matrix Lab setup like other science cubes.

This starts unlocking secret technologies that require these DF-only cubes.

There is no option to insert them into a lab. Haven't figured out what to do with them yet either.

Hmm, odd. I would've thought it'd be as simple as "put on a belt, lab sorts it in, and done" (unless that is the intention and it's currently bugged).

Once I got the matter recombiner at enemy level 15 the research for the new assembler poped up but I had to manually research it with the matrix in my inventory. I have a ton of dark fog matrix I don't know what do do with the rest lol. I turned them off as a drop for a while. I have probably like 50k and nothing to use them on.

I used it from my own inventory, since it doesn't fit into the matrix labs. Doesn't really matter since its really fast anyway.

thats the answer i been looking for. It will pop up at lvl 15 dark fog

At 18 you get another tech unlock. I can guess the next one is at 21 after that and not sure if there is one at 24 as im not there yet.
