However, be aware that if you have tall buildings near the tower then if the camera clips through their 'hit box' the filter selection will not appear. In that scenario you may need to play with the camera angle to find an unobstructed view of the target area of the tower.
(Or you can always just delete the belt any run it again to get the new output filter popup)
Yeah, it's just bad. Once you set the filter, try mousing over the base again to reset the filter to something else. I think once you set it, your only recourse is to delete the belt and start over. Which is a bit clunky.
But yeah, if you've got another building crammed in close it's a total pain to get at the filter selections.
I did discover it; admittedly, after I first posted this. However, it's still a pail to change the filters. Sometimes I resort to deleting the belt to rebuild it and get that option.
