auto save tmp error every time it autosaves
i have been having this problem, the thing is that i am really advanced, so i dont know exactly what to do, i dont want to wate like 270 hours, every time the game autosaves, a red box that has a lot of errors appears, but the one on the top and the one that consistently shows is an auto save tmp error, and some other things that sometimes dont show. and everytime i save, it gives me an error, but, if i go to the direction that says in the error, and delete the autosave it restores to normal, the problem is two things, the red box doesnt disapear, and in the worst case i have to restart the game every 25 minutes, because thats the max time between autosaves, and second, if the power goes out, i dont have any auto save, so its not only anoying but incovinient. i run the game as administrator, i think my antivirus doesnt give me problems, i use kaspersky, and i am truly clue less

Do you use OneDrive to sync your Documents folder or is your DSP save directory otherwise synced directly to a cloud service provider? If so, it may cause issues. Try pausing the synchronisation and check if the error persists. Also, if you use OneDrive, mark DSP's save directory as "Keep always available offline" or similar. The feature where files are offloaded to the cloud service may cause issues when saving the game.

Secondly, there should be no need to run DSP as administrator, unless you played around with file/folder permissions in Windows and broke something else.

Thirdly, although this is my personal opinion, Kaspersky is ♥♥♥♥. Windows 10's (and likely 11's too) built-in anti-malware service is the only anti-malware service you need.

If this doesn't help, consider sharing the exact error message you're getting.

I don't think there's a way to change the save directory from inside the game.

You could go two routes outside the game though:

Either move the entire Documents folder to a different location (right-click on it, click "Properties", switch to the "Path" tab, click "Move..." and choose a location on another drive), or only move the DSP folder and create a junction to the original location.
The latter is a bit more complicated and requires usage of CMD or PowerShell, so you'd have to look that one up.
