Custom mech models

I find customizing the mech so possibly deep a neat little feature, is there already a way to share custom mech armors til perhaps workshop is around?

Personally I like the lean mean naked variant (strip all orange parts except head and backpack) in my own custom green color scheme. You could also keep the welding torch but it looks to lose around the arm without the other parts in my opinion.
