Can i use logistic drone to move items?
Is there a way to use them to move items to be store some where else?
1. Item gets sent to storage with a logistic module on top
2. Item then gets sent to another logistic module that stores the item?

yes ! its my favorite feature of the logistics bots. You can send/receive items between storage bins that have the log hat.

Works mostly the same way as log stations

Figured out need to belt in 4 resources to big tower. And that sends it to places. The other one you put on storage boxes is just to refill avatar.

The storage bin with distribution hat can fill avatar, but can also transfer to other storage bins that also have the distribution hat; you need to set one to send, and the other to receive.
The transfer distance can be upgraded.

For low-volume items it works great.

I forgot to set amounts... lol

EDIT - I see now what i was missing... When i looked at it it shows DISTRIBUTE.. You have to click distribute to other logistic and then click toggle TO request lol

Since i saw distribute i never clicked it. Thank you for the video it fixed me right up.
