Graphene recipe (non rare ore)

Is a bit too crazy, 3 graphite for 2 graphene...
Imo it should be other way around, 3 graphene for 2 graphite.

Once you start mass producing graphene in mass amounts you annihilate coal patches the fastest out of any resource nodes, imo this is an oversight.

Sure, if you use rare ore recipe its not an issue, but I feel like this is the reason the non-rare recipe is overlooked and not balanced.

Do you play with x1 resource multiplier? Anyway you dont need mass amount of graphene before you start build your first Dyson Sphere. But at this moment you will be able start produce graphene from rare ore. Any Ice Giant give to you infinite source of fire ice. Also you even can have seed with Ice Giant in your home system.

You generate huge quantities of graphite refining oil, that you can use. Have never found it to be a problem.

I am on 0.5x and not using rares for achievos
Very noticeable that the recipe is just broken. Obviously anyone with two digit IQ would use ice gas giants to make graphene. But this is partially the reason why non rare recipe is so broke, it is ignored completely by anyone sane (thus missing balancing passes).

I did that particular combination of achievements two weeks ago. It's a chore I'll agree, but I'm not sure that means it needs to be rebalanced, especially given nobody's forcing anyone to do both of those achievements at the same time.

I recently also did those achievements. But my only real problem was that I was slowly running out of oil which I needed for many things, like hydrogen, organic crystals or plastic. I really didn't notice any huge problems regarding coal.

Correct me if i'm wrong, you dont like that hard achievement dont achieve you easily?

I dont really care about achievo, this is about recipe. Use non rare graphene recipe and 4 full blue belts of coal cooking will still be a bottleneck when theres 2-3 blue belts of everything else as far as foundation resources go. And this is exclusively coal going into graphene.

when you dont care about achieve, you produce graphene by fire ice from ice giant. When you dont have access to ice giant (read as 'dont have access to interstellar logistics'), you dont need 4 blue belts of coal, graphite or graphene. That's easy, dude. Recipe is not a problem, the problem is just your attitude to recipe.

It's balanced - Fire Ice is one of most common rare ores (+endless source of it on many gas giants) so game using inefficient recipe to push you into building interstellar factory.
You don't need tons of graphene to unlock warpers and ILS.

P.S. You can also produce it via Oil and not Coal.
