Also, to the devs, please sticky this thread. A centralized source of map seeds is kind of a must with games like this.
also would be kinda neat if thered be no discussion in such threads (iknow wishful thinking).
Starter ice giant with fire ice and hydrogen. Orbited by your starter planet and a desert planet with titanium. 2nd planet closer to sun is lava with silicon.
Is that not the standard setting for every game besides those "epic seeds"?
Plural Satellites
Tidal Locked with 120% Solar
Not really
Most common start is a gas giant with just hydrogen and deuterium, orbited by starter planet and 2 other planet orbiting the sun
For this thread a juicy start:
5168 9937
The starter system is a bit challenging:
- You have the usual gas giant withour rare resources - normal
- the other 2 planet are ice planets with way bigger orbits
so transport vessels take longer and solar power is less viable
- your starter planet has a tilted axis
But
- There is a black hole and a blue giant within 6 light years distance.
Interesting for those who want a more challenging start and potentially great for interstellar building (at least after the logistics update)
black hole / neutron star:
has usually a planet with unipolar magnet deposits, great production boost
Blue giant: highest brightness and HUGE sphere radius available
Solar has a big bonus
A dyson sphere there is huge with increased output
A and B type stars also have higher than average brightness (can be seen in star map view)
Also I think that some other star types have higher chances for specific rare resources, but I haven't warped that much yet
