how to know planet wit tidal locking ?
how i can know if any planet have tidal locking ?

when you click on a planet that is tidally locked on the starmap, it will say something like "Arid Desert (Tidally locked)" (and the 'tidally locked' part will be in orange).

You look at the rotation period and orbital period of the planet. If they are the same, it's tidally locked.

Even better than tidal locked, you can look for planets that are close enough to their star to build the Dyson Sphere larger than the planet's orbit, making the energy available 100% of the time.

In my case the one tidally locked planet I found is so close it's inside the Dyson Sphere's shell. I guess by the time I got that Dyson sphere built it kind of negated some of the tidally locked advantage.
