Recovering Water

Let us imagine that I hypothetically paved my entire planet in a fit of industrial euphoria, and I now need some water. Is there any way that I could remove some times, reveal the ocean, and build a water pump? Or do I need to import water, now?

Terraforming can only set terrain to 0 at the moment, so importing is the only option. Mad respect for paving the planet though lol.

Use my mod that allows you to place the water pump anywhere.

fwiw, if you place the pumps first they keep pumping after paving.
