Free The Water Mod Now Available

Another UMF mod, this one allows you to build the water pump anywhere. Pave over the world and pump water from anywhere. Maybe an aquifer? Justify it however you want, play it your way.

Mod requested by patron and it was fun to track down how to do it.

Mod now available using the BepInEx framework for those with that already installed.

I accidentally paved over part of a reservoir with 4 pumps in it. Left one pump totally landlocked, but it kept pumping. Even after relogging, I just checked. It's pumping away.

Has anyone managed to get his working on an Ice planet? I tried placing but with not luck..
EDIT: Needs to be placed on a planet that has some sort of extractable resource (water, sulfuric acid - Back to square one I go)

Should be possible. And I can verify that THIS mod still works for DSP. Remember it's based on the ocean type of the planet, water or acid are the options atm I think.
