I would caution you though... if you interrupt certain tutorial messages they'll keep repeating every time you do the thing that made them pop up the first time.
Every time I placed a smelter, or storage container, or went into planetary view mode, the game would compliment me and try to lecture me on the virtues of said building or feature.
the trick if that happens is that you have to let the message run its course at least once for it to stop popping up.
Yeah, I noticed the skipped messages repeating on my second playthrough. Needless to say, I didn't continue playing that save very long, haha! I'm thinking that's a bug and hopefully will be fixed or at least that we be given the option to skip tutorials. Skipping them would make sense seeing as there is already the option to skip the intro.
just to be clear, there is a workaround to that. Next time a message pops up, let it play all the way through, then it should never pop up again.
