Also.. let's run with this for a second. If you have that link in your pocket, and you think that a dev console = a trainer and the devs don't want people discussing trainers, doesn't it seem ill-advised to then post this?
If there are no questions specifically about the console, then I suggest ending the discussion about pockets and other non-console things.
p.s.
I personally believe that the ability to play in "god mode" is absolutely essential for the Early Access game.
i mean i simply would use tilde (~, or the corresponding key on non-qwerty keyboards) like pretty much every game, but if you go the extra mile, you might as well make it meme-y.
also OP obviously you need that during development, dont be dumb. i guess the "dont use trainers" stuff is because its external software which can cause additional bugs, they simply dont want people to mess with memory and then come whine bc something is broken.
cdt creates a 'condition' i.e. a scenario condition trigger
act creates an 'action' i.e. a scenario action trigger
exp returns a value on how many key-presses a player has inputed.
Before the last update it was working well, and now I can't open it anymore...
Has anyone the same problem?
Edit: have found the solution on reddit...
The code has been changed...
The new code to open the console is "O+7+8+9+6+3+2+1+4+O"
No need to wait, It's already being used - the in-game tutorial is quite good at detecting when to give certain pieces of advice about general gameplay / specific tech advancement. A perfect example (and this was added after a bunch of community feedback) is if you first start flying in space, and don't realize you can accelerate faster than the default 100 m/s - after a set number of seconds flying at low speed, it will prompt you with a reminder that you can go faster than 100 m/s in space.
Fallout, Ark, Conan, Dyson, Satisfactory and 1000+ others all have consoles integrated for admin command.
That is not the only way to enter numbers, there is a whole row of them just above the qwerty keys!
