Try to set your vessel load at 10%

Post Screenshot from sending and recieving towers.
do not expand from your home system unless you have space warpers automated, even just 1 mk2 assembler making them over the course of a few hours will get you a supply to not worry about them for awhile.
big tip, each vessel that travels to a different system uses 2 warpers, 1 to get there, and 1 to get back, i dont understand what you were trying to do here.
another tip, build a interplanet tower in a different system, fill it with material and set to local demand/remote supply. you can even leave this tower unpowered as the vessels coming from the home system are fully powered for the 2way trip. unless you are having each system supply and demand from other systems, which sounds really inefficient, just have a hub production world and save your space warpers
