Maybe you start in a super system, maybe you start in an impossible system. Then you gotta put the work into getting off the planet and rebasing to a new system.
Kind of reminds me of the Skyrim Alternate Start mod where you start bound, gagged and blindfolded and can be literally anywhere in the game. Death from wolves or bandits is at 98%. And you'll never see them coming.
That's all well and good for a single trip, but he can't keep on doing those 2-4 hour round trips until he can finally product warpers.
I think restarting is the only way here, unfortunately.
Your starting planet is orbiting a Gas Giant. Zoom out farther and you will see there's 2 more planets in your starting system.
Sheritan 1: is closest to the star and has Iron, Copper, Silicon, Stone and Coal.
Sheritan 2: is the next one out and has Iron, Copper, Titanium, Stone and Coal.
Sheritan 3: is the gas giant and has Hydrogen and Fire Ice.
Sheritan 4: is your starting planet which has Iron, Copper, Stone, Coal and Oil.

I looked at 28844164. Didn't consider leading zeroes.
The idea here is to do a one way trip to resettle. Basically get a bunch of miners, smelters, assemblers, belts and go. And rebuild from scratch. One way trip. :)
It will be faster than total restart. Since there are already a lot of structures and research done.
It would be faster just to continue playing. There is plenty of titanium in their home system
Search your home system for a planet with titanium. Bring some base building supplies, fly over, and start mining. The planet should also have a coal node to help refuel. One or two trips of titanium will give enough yellow cubes to start up system wide logistics.
You will learn the new skill -- TO BROADEN YOUR HORIZON
Yes but no, the ressource distribution in the base planet and solar system is too much linked with the "core" gameplay of the game.
There is absolutely no fun to have to fly 4 hour because the base solar system is missing one ressource.
